Plan Endorsement for the State Planning Commission
 

HPA currently represents six municipalities in the Plan Endorsement process with the State Planning Commission. HPA prepared Municipal Self Assessment Reports for the five municipalities including: the Town of Newton and the Townships of Sandyston, Montague, Frankford and Vernon. HPA is currently preparing a Municipal Self Assessment Report for Branchville Borough.  HPA is currently assisting Sandyston and Montague with the Visioning Process.  HPA assisted Newton in renewing its Center Designation and is nearing completion of the Plan Endorsement Process. Newton was the first municipality in the State to renew its Center Designation under the new Plan Endorsement process.
