This $4 million project for the New Jersey Department of Transportation is currently under construction to provide improvements to the intersection of State Route 23 and State Route 94 in teh center of Hamburgh Borough, Sussex County, New Jersey. The project includes the realingment of State Route 94 to eliminate irregular intersection geometry, construction of dedicated left turn lanes, installation of new traffic signals with vehicle image detection, implementation of context sensitive design elements and utility relocations. The completion of construction activities is anticipated in 2009.
